About Us

Gail is a Registered Social Worker who has a Master of Science degree in Marital and Family Therapy. She has a passion for helping couples and believes that in helping them have successful relationships, families can be healed.

Gail has also worked extensively with those having mental health and addiction problems. This has led her to an interest in helping those who have experienced trauma and to helping the families of those struggling with addictions.

In addition to her M.Sc. in Marital and Family Therapy, Gail has also studied with John Gottman, the 'guru' of couple's research at the University of Washington. She has taken two levels of training with him. In addition, Gail keeps current with new knowledge about couples's therapy through on-going attendance at educational seminars.

Gail has also taken two levels of training in the use of EMDR in the treatment of trauma. In addition she continues to attend seminars on new developments and research with this method of psychotherapy.
