Life can feel overwhelming at times, and reaching out for support takes courage. My goal is to offer you a safe, compassionate, and welcoming space where you don’t have to go through challenges alone. Whether you’re carrying heavy emotions, navigating life transitions, or longing for deeper connection, I’ll walk alongside you with care and respect.
In our sessions, you can expect a space where your voice matters and your story is honored. My approach is gentle and collaborative, focusing on what feels most meaningful for you. I draw on techniques like Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, while also weaving in Indigenous teachings and mindfulness practices. Together, we’ll explore your experiences in a way that feels grounding, supportive, and healing.
I am trauma-informed and attachment-focused, which means I pay close attention to how life’s experiences—past and present—shape the way you feel and relate to yourself and others. Therapy with me often feels like having a thoughtful guide by your side: someone who helps you make sense of your feelings, notice patterns, and build new ways of coping that truly fit your life.
I support people of all ages and walks of life, including those navigating grief, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or simply feeling “stuck.” I also work with those who are searching for balance between different parts of their identity, or who are carrying the weight of generational or cultural challenges. Whether you’re an individual, a couple feeling distant, or a family navigating tough dynamics, I’m here to help you find your way forward.
I hold a Bachelor of Indigenous Social Work from Laurentian University and a Master of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University. My practice is guided by both professional training and the 7 Grandfather Teachings, which bring wisdom, respect, humility, and compassion into the heart of my work.
Outside of my role as a therapist, I find joy in spending time in nature, connecting with family, and practicing mindfulness in everyday life. These practices help me stay grounded and present, and I bring that same calm, steady energy into my sessions with you.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re ready, I would be honored to walk this journey with you — offering support, encouragement, and hope as you move toward healing and growth.
