Life can feel heavy sometimes. Maybe you’re carrying pain in your relationships, feeling stuck in old patterns, or worn down from trying to hold everything together. If you’ve found yourself here, I want you to know you don’t have to do this by yourself. My goal is to offer you a safe, compassionate space where you can breathe, be heard, and begin to heal. This is a place where you can reflect on your experiences, speak openly, and explore the parts of your story that feel too heavy to carry alone.
I believe that when you feel empowered, validated, and truly understood, something shifts, you begin to unlock your potential for growth and transformation. Therapy with me is about building that kind of supportive atmosphere, where you can move toward self-discovery, healing, and deeper connection. I take a gentle, supportive approach that focuses on slowing down, noticing what’s happening inside, and making sense of your emotions. Drawing from attachment-based and trauma-informed practices, as well as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I help you connect the dots between your feelings, your relationships, and your deeper needs. Together, we’ll create new ways of relating, both to yourself and to those around you.
I work with individuals and couples who are longing for stronger, healthier connections. You may be feeling unseen, stuck in conflict, or disconnected from yourself or your partner. I also support people navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, or the lingering impact of past hurts. Whatever brings you here, my role is to show up with care and curiosity, helping you find hope and clarity again.
I am a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree, and I continue to train in approaches that strengthen relationships and support healing from trauma. This means I bring both professional expertise and a deep respect for your unique story.
Outside of therapy, I find joy in spending time with my family, being outdoors, and diving into DIY projects. These are the spaces where I recharge, and they remind me of the balance and connection I hope to help you find in your own life.
Reaching out for support takes courage. If you’re wondering whether therapy could help, please know you’re not alone in that wondering. I would be honoured to sit with you, hear your story, and walk with you as you move toward greater peace, connection, and hope.
