Life can feel overwhelming at times. Maybe you’ve been carrying the weight of stress, anxiety, or loss. Maybe your relationships feel strained, or you find yourself stuck in patterns that don’t serve you anymore. Whatever has brought you here, you deserve a place where you can pause, feel safe, and know you don’t have to walk through it alone.
In therapy with me, you’ll find space to slow down and truly be heard. Together, we’ll explore the feelings and experiences that may feel heavy or confusing and gently uncover what’s beneath them. My approach is grounded in compassion, respect, and curiosity. I believe healing begins with feeling seen, understood, and supported as you move toward the life and relationships you long for.
I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship stress. Whether you’re longing for more closeness in your partnership, working through big life transitions, or trying to heal from painful past experiences, our work will be tailored to what matters most to you.
My practice is rooted in trauma-informed care and social justice. I draw on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR and other approaches, always adapting to your unique needs. My goal is not only to help you cope with the difficulties you’re facing, but also to support you in building stronger connections to yourself and the people who matter most.
I am a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree from McMaster University and a post-graduate certificate in Family and Couples Counselling from Wilfrid Laurier University. I continue to deepen my skills with advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, EMDR and other trauma-informed modalities because I believe you deserve the highest level of care and presence I can offer.
Outside of the therapy room, you might find me by the water, spending time with my family, or enjoying the small everyday moments that remind me of what matters most connection, balance, and belonging.
Reaching out for therapy is a courageous step. You don’t have to carry everything on your own. I would be honoured to walk alongside you as you find hope, strength, and new ways forward.
