“I’m deeply passionate about helping people uncover their strengths, and live healthy, meaningful lives – at any age and through any challenge.”
about-me

MACP, RP

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and reaching out for support takes courage. My hope is to offer a safe, compassionate space where you can slow down, take a breath, and share what’s on your mind without fear of judgment.

In therapy with me, you’ll find a warm and collaborative space. I’ll walk alongside you as you share your worries, explore your emotions, or simply try to get it all out. Even when you don’t know what to say, I’ll be there with you. Together, we’ll work on deepening your self-understanding and building confidence to move through your struggles. Therapy with me isn’t just about managing symptoms or stressors — it’s about exploring where they come from, building on your existing strengths, and helping you feel like your best self.

I have a heart for youth and love supporting young people as they navigate themselves, their relationships, and their place in the world. I equally enjoy working with individuals, families, and couples. Whether you’re processing past hurts, craving connection and better communication in your relationship, managing big emotions, or navigating a stressful time of life, I’ll meet you where you’re at. My focus is always on exploring both your strengths and your challenges, so you can move forward in the life and connections you long for.

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and have specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy. My career began as youth-focused, but soon transformed to support parents, families and individuals of all ages. I’ve spent time working in youth centres, employment agencies, and in non-profit counselling. These experiences have shaped my practice today – enabling me to work from a trauma-informed approach that is grounded in understanding and committed to supporting you in a way that fits your unique needs.

Outside of the therapy room, I spend as much time as I can with my family and friends – they’re my heart. I love being outdoors and taking in the beauty of Prince Edward County (where I was born and raised). You can find me thrifting, working on DIY projects, and making my house a home.

Taking that first step toward therapy can feel uncertain, but you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we’ll focus on your strengths, explore what’s getting in the way, and create space for healing and meaningful change.
