Motherhood can be beautiful but it can also feel brutal.
From fertility heartbreak to sleepless nights and everything in between, the journey to and through motherhood isn’t always what you imagined. You might feel like you’re failing, bombarded by conflicting advice, and overwhelmed by pressure to do everything “right” all while trying to hold it together.
You deserve care, not judgment.
This isn’t about being perfect, it’s about feeling supported and understood.
Does this sound familiar?
We get it, because we’ve been there too.
"This isn’t your fault, you’re not alone, and with help, you’ll be well."

FAQ's About Perinatal Therapy
Is it normal to feel anxious or depressed during pregnancy?
Yes, many people experience heightened anxiety, fear, or low mood during pregnancy. These symptoms are common and treatable, and early support can help reduce the risk of postpartum anxiety or depression.
How do I know if I have postpartum depression or anxiety?
If you're feeling persistently sad, overwhelmed, disconnected, irritable, or anxious after giving birth, it might be more than the "baby blues." Reach out to our Client Care Coordinator to start your journey to feeling better.
I had a traumatic birth. Can therapy help?
Absolutely. Birth trauma is real and valid. Therapy can support you in processing the experience, reducing symptoms like flashbacks or panic, and helping you feel safe and grounded again.
What if I feel ashamed about struggling with motherhood?
You're not alone. Many new parents feel guilt or shame for not loving every moment. Therapy provides a safe, non-judgmental space to explore these feelings and find compassion for yourself.
Do you support clients going through infertility or pregnancy loss?
Yes. We offer care for every step of the journey from fertility treatments to grief after a loss. Your pain is real, and you don’t have to carry it alone.
Can therapy help my partner and I cope with these changes?
Yes. Couples therapy can improve communication, address emotional disconnect, and help you support each other through fertility struggles, pregnancy, or postpartum adjustment.
Is it too late to seek help if I'm already a few months postpartum?
