How It Works
01
Connect With Our Care Team
We begin with a conversation. Our Client Care Coordinator will listen to your concerns and match your teen with a therapist who fits their needs.
02
Attend a Session Together
We meet with you and your teen to better understand what’s been happening, your concerns, and your goals for therapy.
03
Continued Sessions with Your Teen
Therapy sessions will continue with your teen individually. Our therapists will involve parents as needed in the process.

FAQ's About Teen Therapy
Is therapy confidential for my teen?
How involved are parents in teen therapy?
Will you tell me everything my teen says?
What if my teen doesn’t want to come?
That’s common. Our therapists are experienced in gently building rapport with reluctant teens. Often, once they feel heard, they become more open to the process.
What if one family member isn’t willing to attend?
Therapy can still be helpful. Change in one part of the system often affects the whole. We’ll work with whoever is willing to start.
How long does therapy last?
Can you help with school-related issues?
